Applying for a position at The Out of School Experience is a simple and straightforward process.

Stage 1
Complete and submit the online job application form (click the button below), signing it electronically
We assess the application forms and successful candidates are invited for an interview.
Stage 2
Candidates who are successful at stage 2 are invited to a ‘working interview’.
This is a relaxed process where a manager undertakes observations of you working with children in an Out of School Experience Club. You will be supervised at all times, and you will be assessed on the quality of your interactions with children.
Stage 3
Candidates who are successful at stage 3 will be conditionally offered a post subject to being thoroughly vetted. This means written references will be taken up, identity verified and enhanced DBS checks completed.
Training needs will be identified and external training booked.
Stage 4
Once our rigorous vetting has been completed, candidates will commence their employment and robust induction period. This includes commencing weekly training.
Regular observations of practice ensure managers clearly understand your developmental needs.
Coaching and training ensures you are fully equipped to develop as an outstanding practitioner.
