New Starter / Registration Document
To register your child for a free weeks trial, simply click on the button below and complete the registration form in full and submit it electronically.
The purpose of this to ensure that The Out of School Experience is absolutely right for your child, and meets your families needs. Furthermore, we at The Out of School Experience assess if we feel our club is right for your child too, and we can meet their needs effectively.
Within 3 working days of receipt, the relevant member of our senior management team will contact you in order to book your child in for their free trial.
4 & 5 Year Olds – My Unique Child Partnership Journey Document
If you child is in the school Reception Class, please complete in full and submit this prior to them commencing their free week trial.
The information provided will assist us to plan their experiences, in order to help them to settle quickly, and to meet all of their needs.

Childcare Contract
Upon completion of the free, week long trial, once you are satisfied that The Out of School Experience is right for your son/daughter, and we too are satisfied that we can meet their needs, we invite you to enter into a contract, in order to secure your child’s place at the after school club.

Upon receipt, we will contact you via email (within 3 working days) to confirm that we agree to your contract requirements, and agree or otherwise to enter into that contract.
Permission to Liaise with School/Other Professionals Form
Having a shared approach to your child’s learning, development and wellbeing is essential. Please complete and submit this form if-
Your child is in reception class or below, we need your permission to liaise with the school to ensure your child’s learning needs are met.
Or
Your child has any care needs, we need to permission to liaise with school to ensure we can have access to care plans and medical reports etc.
