How do I access  before/after school care for my child?

Or simply download and complete the new starter pack above, and hand it to the manager at your preferred site. The health and safety questionnaire, designed to ensure your child's needs are met in full and to arrange your free childcare for one week.  


They will then arrange for a week completely free of charge, so you can be absolutely sure that The Out of School Experience is right for your child.  Towards the end of that trial week, the site manager will sit down and discuss the package that is right for your child, which meets the needs of your family and you will be invited to fill out the relevant paperwork, including a contract.


What happens if I sign a contract and my child decides they are not happy?

We offer a CHILD SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, therefore if your child is not completely happy we will release you from your contract immediately.



Being graded outstanding by Ofsted is the highest grading possible.  It means your child will be in a setting judged to be amongst the best in the country.  A setting where your child is safe, happy and healthy and where everything is designed around the child, for their benefit.  Where your child comes first, all the time.


How do I pay?

We accept all childcare vouchers or monthly direct debit on the first of each month. We are registered to provide free early years education for 2, 3 and 4 year old children at our preschool. Payments are due in advance and you will receive notification of the amount to be debited in advance.  Extra bookings, activities or holiday care can be paid for by credit or debit card at the time of booking.  Activities can be booked and paid for on line via PayPal.


What happens if my child is ill?

If your child becomes ill at the club, you will be contacted by phone.  If your child has sickness/diarrhoea they cannot come to club until they have been symptom free for 24 hours.  This is for the protection of all children in our care, to prevent the spread of illness.  A list of communicable illnesses and diseases with their various exclusion periods is available to read in the policies and procedures at all our sites.


Are all staff DBS checked?

Yes.  All staff are thoroughly vetted.


What happens if I cancel my booking?

4 weeks notice must be given for all cancellations.  Cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice must be paid for in full.
